Huruma Inc. / Destiny Empowerment Vision Center Community Force is the collaboration of its Visionaries Elder Troy L. Corbin and Elder Steve Savoy, both Philadelphia natives, who have served in Prison Ministries and Community Outreach for over 20 years.
Elder Corbin and Steve W. Savoy have been sowing into, and serving the lives of young men since 1997. Their dedication to community service has transformed countless lives and strengthened neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia.
What began as a Pre-Entry/Re-Entry Initiative in 2019 has grown into a comprehensive organization focused on empowering individuals, families, and communities through education and personal development.
